The property should be fully cleaned and camera-ready - surfaces cleared, linens aligned, outdoor areas refreshed. For a more elevated result, we can coordinate styling and props through our team so the space feels lived-in, but refined.

Yes. You’ll receive organised folders and export sets tailored for property portals, premium websites, social media and press, ready to publish.
Do you retouch heavily or keep it natural?
We keep it high-end and natural. Retouching is tailored per image - clean lines, balanced light, true-to-life color, and subtle detail work. The goal is to elevate the space while keeping it accurate and trustworthy for buyers.
